You should know that the official ticketing portal is now called KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) and you can do concession registration in the same portal.
What is the KTM ETS? The ETS is the short-form for “Electric Train Service” and it is an inter-city rail service operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad utilizing electric multiple units. The KTM ETS is the second electric train service to be operated by the Malaysian railway company, after the KTM Komuter service.
KTMB Online Ticketing system – KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS)
KTMB Online Ticketing System is managed by KTMB and it allows passengers to purchase ETS tickets online.

How to Buy ETS Tickets Using KTMB Integrated Ticketing System?
Here is the step-by-step guide to help you purchase ETS tickets online:
STEP 1: Visit KTMB Online Ticketing System via https://online.ktmb.com.my/
STEP 2: Login with your username and password ( or Sign Up for a New Account).
STEP 3: Fill in your travel details and start searching for tickets
STEP 4: Select the Train. The ETS train fare, number of seats left, duration of the journey and the time of departure and arrival will be shown as below:
STEP 5: Select your desired coach and seat (no extra charge). Now, you can easily determine the forward-facing or backward-facing seats on the train as they are all labeled with the seat cartoon. You might probably notice that the forward-facing seats are taken more often than the backward-facing seats. Normally, people will request the counter for the forward-facing seats, thus they tend to sell out quickly.
STEP 6: Click on the button “Proceed to Passenger Details” after you have selected your seats.
STEP 7: Fill in the required Passenger Info and select the type of ticket applicable to you (Adult or Children). Click on “Proceed to Payment”.
STEP 8: Check the details of the ticket and make payment. Available payment method includes KTM eWallet, Credit cards, Debit cards, and Boost eWallet.
STEP 9: Save and print your ticket(s).
